Ronald Clark, a native of Atlanta, Georgia, began his career in Real Estate in 2005, with SunMarsh Development, LLC, a Charleston Developer on Johns Island specializing in Kiawah Island luxury neighborhoods and townhome regimes. Ron began as a bookkeeper, HOA manager, and payroll administrator.
In 2007, he earned his South Carolina Real Estate License, joined the National Association of Realtors, and started his commercial real estate career as a marketing assistant and commercial property manager for Brumely, Meyer & Kapp, LLC, of Daniel Island & Daniel Island Company, LLC. Ron managed a portfolio of class A, B, & C properties from retail strip malls to medical office facilities and mixed-use developments. In 2009, he returned to Atlanta to oversee the acquisition, refurbishment and leasing of distressed industrial properties. These properties were marketed and returned to 100% occupancy then sold to West Coast Investors.
Ron continued to work in the real estate and hospitality service industry in some of the top markets in the country including Alaska, Los Angeles, Hawaii, Atlanta, Dallas and Palm Beach. However, the charm and beauty of the Charleston Lowcountry was always his passion and in 2019 he knew it was time to return home. Ron prides himself on his southern hospitality and connections with Charleston. He works fervently to act not only as your Realtor, but also as your personal concierge to welcome and introduce you to all the simple luxuries and opportunities the Lowcountry has to offer.
Recreationally he is an avid runner, volunteers for the Charleston City Parks Conservancy as a Charleston City Park Angel, and enjoys his downtime with his cat Fitz, a tuxedo rescue from his most recent residency on Maui. Ron is excited to represent you with the Brokerage House Realtors in your transition to the Lowcountry and the historic communities and beaches here on the Southeast Coast.
